The learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that the petition was filed way back in the year 2017. Since then majority of the witnesses have already been examined. He seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition and take all arguments before the learned Trial Court.

It is made clear that the learned Trial Court shall consider the arguments that may be advanced by the petitioner without being influenced by the petitioner filing the present petition or being influenced by any of the observations made by this Court in any of the orders.
