% 26.11.2015 The learned counsel for the appellant informs us that despite sending several letters to the appellant / company, he has not received any response and it is for this reason that the authorised representative of the appellant is not present despite our direction given on 09.10.2015. The appellant has also not made any move for arriving at a settlement in pursuance of the order dated 09.10.2015. In these circumstances, we are constrained to dismiss this appeal for non-prosecution. The appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
