% 20.01.2016 None is present for the petitioner.

However, learned counsel for respondents point out that the present writ petition is infructuous as the prayer in the writ petition was to allow the petitioner to run, operate the parking site situated at Basant Lane Paharganj, New Delhi only upto 05th September, 2015-which date has already expired. The prayers in the writ petition are reproduced hereinbelow:- "I.

That the Lordships may be please to pass appropriate writ, order(s)/direction(s) in favour of petitioner and against the respondent no.1 to issue NOC for running/operating the Parking Site situated at Basant Lane Pharganj, New Delhi, at least for the remaining contract period i.e. upto 05.09.15, and also to inform the respondent no.2 accordingly, in the interest of justice.

That the Lordships may be please to pass appropriate writ, order(s)/direction(s) in favour of petitioner and against the respondent no.2 to grant permission/order for running/operating the Parking Site situated at Basant Lane Pharganj New Delhi atleast for the remaining contract period i.e. upto 05.09.15, in the interest of justice. III.

The Lordships may be please to pass further any other order(s)/direction(s) in the favour of the petitioner and against the respondents which Lordships may deem fit and proper keeping view of the facts and circumstances of the case/matter, in the interest of justice."

Keeping in view the aforesaid prayers, this Court is of the view that present writ petition is infructuous and it accordingly stands disposed of. MANMOHAN, J JANUARY 20, 2016 js
