Nobody has been appearing for the review petitioner after September 08, 2015. The reason is obvious. The obnoxious and intemperate language used against the learned Single Judge in the application seeking review which we found to be scandalous.

The bailable warrants to secure presence of the applicant Shri Satprakash Goyal are not being served.

We terminate the suo motu proceedings initiated by us to secure presence of Shri Satprakash Goyal. Simultaneously, noting that nobody is prosecuting the review petition we dismiss R.P.No.424/2015 with a direction to the Registry that if Shri Satprakash Goyal files an application seeking restoration of R.P.No.424/2015, the application would not be listed RFA(OS) 68/2015

in Court unless it is accompanied by an undertaking furnished by Shri Satprakash Goyal to be personally present in Court when said application filed by him would be listed before the Roster Bench. 4.

No costs.
