% 27.05.2016 CM.APPL No.20665/2016(Exemption) Exemption allowed, subject to all just exceptions. The application stands disposed of.

REV.PET.271/2016(for recall of the order dated 27.08.2015) The applicant, who was not a party to this writ petition which was disposed of by an order dated 27.08.2015, seeks review of the aforesaid order. The main thrust of argument of learned counsel for the applicant is that the petitioner did not approach this Court with clean hands and suppressed the fact that this applicant was a member of the society and thus a necessary party. He further submits that this applicant has made a representation to the Registrar of Cooperative Societies as his name has not been included in the list of members, but the said representation is not being decided in view of the orders passed by

this Court on 27.08.2015.

We may notice that except for a submission so made by the learned counsel for the applicant, there is no communication on record from the Registrar of Cooperative Societies informing the applicant that his representation is not being considered in view of the orders passed by this Court on 27.08.2015. Additionally, we may note that this Court has not restrained the Registrar of Cooperative Societies from considering the representation made by the applicant or by any person, who may claim to be a member of the society. We find no grounds to entertain the review petition so filed by Mr. Pathak. At this stage, Mr. Pathak submits that he will again approach the Registrar of Cooperative Societies and request the Registrar of Cooperative Societies to decide his representation as early as possible and in case his representation is not decided within a reasonable time, he would take recourse to such remedies which would be available to him in accordance with law. The petition stands disposed of as prayed.

CM.APPL Nos.20666/2016(delay) & 20667/2016(stay) Since the review petition has been disposed of, the present applications also stand dismissed.
