Respondent No.3 has deposited Rs,6,35,507/- with UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch on 31st March, 2017. The photocopy of the proof of deposit has been handed over in Court and taken on record. 2.

Appellant No.1, Suman Devi submits that she has saving bank with UCO Bank, Karkardooma Courts. Since appellant no.1 is a resident of Kalyan Puri, this Court is of the view that the appellant should open a savings bank account near the place of her residence and the amount deposited by respondent No.3 shall be disbursed to her by transferring the same to the bank near the place of her residence i.e. Kalyan Puri. Accordingly, appellant No.1, Suman Devi present in Court is directed to open a savings bank account near the place of her residence. 3.

Appellant No.1, Suman Devi submits that the bank nearest of his residence is State Bank of India, Kalyan Puri. The State Bank of India, Kalyan Puri is directed to open a savings bank account of Suman Devi upon

her submitting the application form and completing the necessary formalities within a period of two weeks from today.

Ms. Deepali Dwivedi, Advocate (Mobile No.: 8130476760) present in Court is appointed as Amicus Curiae to assist the appellant no.1 in opening the savings bank account in State Bank of India, Kalyan Puri. The learned Amicus Curiae submits that the savings bank account can be opened on the basis of her savings bank account with UCO Bank, Karkardooma Courts. The learned Amicus Curiae shall coordinate with State Bank of India, Kalyan Puri in the event of any difficulty being faced by appellant No.1 in opening the savings bank account.
