% 22.05.2015 Respondent nos. 4 and 5 are brothers of petitioner no. 1. Petitioner no. 1 has married petitioner no. 2 of her own free will and without the consent of respondent nos. 4 and 5.

Photocopy of Nikahnama has been placed on record. Photocopy of school leaving certificate of petitioner no. 1 also indicates that she is major. Petitioners have alleged in this writ petition that they apprehend threat to their lives from the respondent nos. 4 and 5. Status report has been filed by the Additional Standing Counsel, which has been duly signed by the Station House Officer of police station, Chandni Mahal. It is stated therein that respondent no. 4 was contacted and

he has told the police official that he has no objection to the marriage of his sister with petitioner no. 2.

In the above facts, present petition is disposed of with the directions to respondent no. 2 to ensure the safety of petitioners. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti. A.K. PATHAK, J.
