% 23.05.2017 After some hearing the counsel fairly concedes that he had earlier withdrawn bail application, it being Bail Appln.82/2017 on 19.04.2017 and has come up with fresh application on close heels thereof, his submissions is that the charge has since been framed for offence punishable under Sections 420/474/120-B IPC against the petitioner. He further submits that he would not press for release of petitioner till the complainant is examined by the trial court.

Bail application along with accompanying application is dismissed as withdrawn, as is prayed.
