O R D E R
% 21.07.2017 The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:
"In the circumstances as stated hereinabove and in the light of as submitted this Hon‟ble Court may be pleased to:- (a) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction to the respondent no.1 to 4 to immediately reimburse all the medical bills of the petitioner;
(b) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction thereby quashing the show cause dated 23.03.2016 and 28.06.2016;
(c) Direct the respondents to pay Rs.2,00,000/- to the petitioner for the harassment caused intentionally and malafidely;
(d) Direct the respondents to pay Rs.1,10,000/- as cost of the litigation:
(e) Pass any other or further order as may be deemed fit in the facts and circumstance of the case in favour of the
petitioners and against the respondents."
Mr. Naushad Ahmed Khan, learned ASC appearing for the respondent nos. R1 to R3 states as the writ petition involves disputed questions of fact, the concerned Deputy Director shall himself examine the issue raised by the petitioner in this petition by considering the petition filed by the petitioner as a representation. He also states, hearing shall be given to the petitioner. If that be so, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition directing the respondent no.2 to consider the grievance of the petitioner in this petition by giving him hearing. If need be, the concerned Deputy Director shall seek the comments of respondent nos. 3, 4 and 5. The Deputy Director concerned shall communicate the date and time of hearing to the petitioner. It is expected that a reasoned order shall be passed within three months as an outer limit.
If the petitioner is still aggrieved with the order to be passed, he would be at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law. The petition is disposed of.
