% 21.05.2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner conceding that the unauthorised construction has been removed, only states that the respondent No.3 is still encroaching upon the area at the back of the shop of the petitioner. He has drawn my attention to a photograph which is placed on record. He also states that a complaint has been made to the Commissioner of Police, Police Headquarter on February 11, 2019, but no action has been taken. Learned counsel for the respondent No.2 states that if any complaint is made to the concerned SHO, the same shall be looked into. The said

statement is taken on record.

The writ petition is disposed of.
