CRL.M.A. 19599/2017(for cancellation of interim protection) This application seeks cancellation of interim protection granted to the petitioner on the ground that the investigation would suffer irreparably if an interrogation is not undertaken by the Police. However, Mr. Ravi Nayak, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for State, upon instructions, from Investigating Officer, present in the Court, states that pursuant to this Court's order dated 25.05.2017, the petitioner has joined the investigation and participated in the investigation.

At this stage, the custodial investigation of the petitioner is not required.

The application is dismissed.

BAIL APPLN. 934/2017 The interim order is confirmed.

The application stands disposed off.

Mr. Ravi Nayak, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for State states that the chargesheet is nearly ready and is likely to be filed in the fortnight. Let it be so done.
