% 15.10.2025 Further to the order dated 09.10.2025, Mr. Prakash Gautam, learned counsel, has entered appearance on behalf of respondent No. 1 - St. Angel's School, and confirms the terms of settlement agreement dated 27.09.2025, entered into before the Mediation Centre, Rohini Courts. Learned counsel for both parties state that the parties will remain bound by the terms of settlement.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement.
