% 22.03.2016 The disputes between the parties have been settled in mediation. The settlement agreement dated 19.02.2016 duly signed by the parties, their respective counsels and the learned mediator is on record. The terms of settlement appear to be just, fair and reasonable and there is no impediment in accepting the same. The defendant has delivered a pay order for Rs. 3.50 lacs to the plaintiff's counsel today in court which has been accepted by him. Accordingly, the suit stands disposed of as settled in terms of the settlement agreement which shall continue to bind the parties. All pending
