% 03.10.2016 Having regard to the valuation to the relief claimed in the suit, on account of change of pecuniary jurisdiction, the case is rendered triable by the learned District Judge. The learned counsel on both sides jointly submits that the territorial jurisdiction would lie with District Court of South District. Thus, case is transferred to the Court of learned District Judge (South) at Saket Court Complex, Delhi for further proceedings in accordance with law. The parties shall appear before the said court on 11.11.2016. The learned District Judge (South) may, in his discretion, retain the matter on his Board or make it over to Additional District Judge under his control.
