In view of the status report filed on behalf of the SHO, New Ashok Nagar, it is evident that Ms. Deepali Mishra has left her parental home on her own free will and married Neeraj Chaudhary on the 3rd March, 2017. 2.

A perusal of the order dated 23rd March, 2017 in W.P. (C) No.12033/2017 titled as "Smt. Deepali Mishra & Anr. vs. State of U.P. & 2 others", the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad has in fact, directed the W.P.(CRL) 1601/2017

police to provide protection to the newlywed couple with a further direction that they are at liberty to live together without interference from any third party including their immediate family. A copy of the status report has been handed over to learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner in Court today.

In view of the foregoing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to institute an appropriate application, if so advised, in accordance with law, before the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
