Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that the FIR being FIR No. 159/2017 under Section 365 IPC was registered on the complaint of father of the petitioner No.1 in which a cancellation report has been filed as both the petitioners are major and in her statement recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C and 164 Cr.P.C. the petitioner No.1 stated that she got married to petitioner No.2 of her own free will. 4.
