It is further submitted that Section 459 IPC has also been omitted inadvertently to be mentioned in the order though it has been specifically mentioned in the prayer clause of the petition. Accordingly, in the order dated 15th December, 2017, Sections of FIR No.

471/2013 shall now be read as 326/323/452/459/34 IPC.
