Settlement agreement dated 18.05.2018 has been received from the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the respondent No.2 and respondent No.1 who appears in person, that the petitioner Management has agreed to pay Rs.2,30,000/- to the respondent No.1 in full and final settlement of his all claims as one time compensation in lieu of reinstatement and back-wages and all benefits in satisfaction of the impugned award dated 14.10.2014.

Pursuant to the settlement, today the learned counsel for the petitioner/Management has handed over three cheques, viz., Cheque No.337313 for Rs.80,000/- dated 28.05.2018; Cheque No.337315 for Rs.70,000/- dated 02.07.2018 and Cheque No.337316 for Rs.80,000/- dated 02.08.2018, each cheque drawn on Vijaya Bank, Hauz Khas Branch, to the

respondent No.1 who has accepted the same.

Petition is disposed of in terms of the mediation settlement along with CM No.9156/2015 and 4411/2016.

The petitioner/Management shall ensure that all three said cheques are honoured on presentation.
