Counsel for defendant no.2 states that with respect to the suit property bearing no.85, Shankar Vihar, Illaqa Shahdara, Delhi-110092 there is already a status quo order which is passed by the Court of Sh.Talwant Singh, District & Sessions Judge (East), Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, in a suit filed by defendant no.2.

Plaintiff is present in person.

She is under threat of dispossession which is denied by the counsel for the defendants. In the facts of the present case, since this suit has to be transferred to the concerned jurisdictional I.P.A. No.14/2015

court, parties will maintain status quo with respect to possession and title of the aforesaid suit property and which will continue till the disposal of the interim application in the present suit.

Since an Office Order dated 24.11.2015 has been issued by Hon'ble the Chief Justice in exercise of powers conferred by Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015, whereby ordinary suits which are not commercial matters having pecuniary jurisdiction up to the value of rupees two crores cannot be tried by this Court and commercial matters up to the value of rupees one crore cannot be tried by this Court, accordingly, this suit is transferred for decision to the jurisdictional Court under the District & Sessions Judge (East), Karkardooma Court Complex, Delhi.

Let parties appear before the District & Sessions Judge (East), Karkardooma Court Complex, Delhi on 10th February, 2016. Suit file be made available to the District & Sessions Judge (East), Karkardooma Court Complex, Delhi on the date fixed.
