Bail Appln.914/2017 The petitioner has prayed for anticipatory bail without any FIR having been lodged against him. It has been submitted that an order was passed by a competent court under Order XXXIX Rules 1 & 2 CPC restraining some of the persons from undertaking any unauthorised construction. The petitioners, therefore, apprehend that an FIR may be lodged against him in future.

No relief can be granted on such conjectures and surmises. Dismissed.
