The learned counsel for the petitioner states that an Arbitral Tribunal has already been constituted. In this view, this Court considers it apposite to direct that the present petition be considered as an application under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 by the Arbitral Tribunal. 2.

Interim order passed on 19.05.2017 shall continue till further orders are passed under Section 17 of the said Act by the Arbitral Tribunal. 3.

All rights and contentions of the parties are left open. 4.

The petition stands disposed of.
