% 23.09.2016 When the writ petition is called out, we are told that Aarti and the petitioner are present in the Court. Aarti states that she has got married to Sohan Singh and has voluntarily on her own moved out and is residing with Sohan Singh and his family. Aarti states that her family is not accepting this marriage because it is an inter caste marriage.

Aarti is 24 years of age and is a graduate. Sohan Singh is 23 years old and he is also a graduate and is working. In view of the apprehension expressed by Aarti, we direct

the SHO, police station Chhawla to ascertain the threat perception. Aarti and Sohan Singh will be given two mobile telephone numbers on which they can contact the police in case there is any need and necessity.

The writ petition is disposed of.
