% 15.01.2018 Learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 has handed over a copy of a communication dated 06.01.2018 addressed to the petitioner's father providing a list of four Government schools near the residence of the petitioner in which the petitioner can be accommodated. The same is taken on record.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is entitled to be granted admission in respondent No.1-school as a EWS candidate. Mr.Kamal Gupta, learned counsel for respondent No.1 submits that the EWS vacancy created by petitioner's removal from
the school in the year 2015 already stands filled. He, however, submits that in case the petitioner is still interested in getting admission in the EWS category, in any of the private unaided schools, he has to apply again as per the EWS rules, which statement is also endorsed by learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3. In view of the assurance given by learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 to the effect that, in case, the petitioner approaches the office of Deputy Director of Education, Zone-XIII, North West B, Rohini for seeking admission in one of the schools mentioned in the letter dated 06.01.2018, she will be admitted in one of those schools. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition and states that the petitioner will approach respondent no. 2 & 3 for seeking admission in accordance with letter dated 06.01.2018.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed off as not pressed with directions to respondent no. 2 & 3 to grant admission to the petitioner in accordance with their aforesaid letter dated 06.01.2018. REKHA PALLI, J JANUARY 15, 2018/gm
