% 30.01.2017 W.P.(C) 8874/2014 and CM No. 12342/2015 Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to orders by this Court encroachment had been removed from the site. Some malba and other articles like a trunk / a table are still found sat there; apprehension of the petitioner only being that there might be a re encroachment at the site. His submission is that the respondent no.1 in cooperation with respondent no.2 should be directed to remove this malba etc also from the site. Noting this submission of counsel for the petitioner which had been substantiated to some effect by the two photographs placed on record also so the fact that respondent no.1 and respondent no.2 are both represented before this Court, it is directed

that respondent no.1 in co-operation with respondent no.2 will remove this additional material (noted supra) lying at the afore noted site; respondent no. 1 in co-operation with respondent no.2 and local SHO will also ensure that there is no re-encroachment. No further orders are called for in this petition. Petition disposed of.

Copy of order be given dasti under signatures of Court Master to counsel for respondents no.1 and 2.
