% 02.03.2016 The disputes between the parties stand settled in mediation. The settlement agreement dated 18.11.2015 is placed on record, which has been duly signed by the parties, their respective counsels and the learned mediator.
The terms of the settlement appear to be fair, just and reasonable and I see no impediment in accepting the same. Accordingly, the suit stands disposed of as settled in terms of the settlement agreement. The parties shall remain bound by the said settlement.
Since the disputes have been settled in mediation, the plaintiff shall be entitled to refund of the court fees.
