% 16.08.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that all the material public witnesses have been examined, who have not identified the petitioner. Learned APP has not disputed this position. However, she submits that a knife was recovered from the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that no public witness has identified the knife allegedly recovered from the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 7th May, 2015. Keeping in mind the totality of circumstances, petitioner is admitted to bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to
the satisfaction of the trial court.
Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
