% 09.08.2016 The file received from the Court of Additional District Judge (North East District) Karkardooma Courts, Delhi vide order dated 02.06.2016 stated that the present suit for declaration and cancellation of the property situated in Khureji Khas which comes within the area of PS Geeta Colony and is situated in East District but due to inadvertently the case has been transferred from the High Court to District Judge North East District vide order dated 21.01.2016.

In view of the above, let the matter be sent before the Learned District & Sessions Judge (East District) Karkardooma Court. Parties be directed to appear before the Court of Ld District & Session Judge (East District), Karkardooma Court on 07.10.2016. The suit files be made available to the Ld District & Session Judge (East District) at Karkardooma Court on the date fixed.
