% 02.11.2016 On account of passing of the order dated 28.09.2016, I.O. in the case has been changed. The investigation has been transferred to Inspector Kuldeep, ATO, Moti Nagar. The status report also discloses the further steps taken by the newly appointed I.O. The petitioner was also asked to join investigation and to provide the admitted signatures and handwriting of late Sh. Gurbax Singh. The petitioner has stated that all such documents, which may contain the contemporary handwriting and signatures of Sh.Gurbax Singh, are with his counsel, who is out of town. The petitioner has stated that he shall provide such documents as soon as possible. Thus, the further investigation is awaiting cooperation by the petitioner/

complainant.
