% 11.07.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition as the FIR which is sought to be quashed in the present petition has already been quashed by this Court vide order dated 30th May, 2017 in Crl.M.C.No.2334/2017.

In view of the submission made by counsel for the petitioner, the prayer is allowed and the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn as the same has become infructuous.
