BAIL APPLN. 915/2017 This is the first anticipatory bail petition under Section 438 Cr.PC filed by the petitioners seeking grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioners in FIR No.126/2017, under Sections 376/354B/323/341/451/34 IPC registered at Police Station R.K. Puram, South Delhi which is pending consideration. However, learned APP for State submits that the charge sheet has been filed. In view of the same, present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioners in FIR No.126/2017, under Sections 376/354B/323/341/451/34 IPC registered at Police Station R.K. Puram, South Delhi has become infructous.
