Pursuant to the order dated 08.04.2016, learned counsel enters appearance for the plaintiff and states that she has no objection to the correction proposed in para 7 of the order dated 01.09.2015 passed in I.A. 17799/2015, whereunder the provision of law has been wrongly quoted. 2.

Accordingly, para 7 of the order dated 01.09.2015 shall read as below:- "7. In view of the aforesaid submission made by the counsel for the plaintiff, the Registry is directed to issue a certificate in favour of the plaintiff for refund of the court fees under Section 16-A of the Court Fees Act."
