Hence the ministerial order dated 15.07.2016 to the effect that the matter is to be retained in this court only is modified. In view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. Dated 24.11.2015, the present matter stands transferred. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge, West District, Tis Hazari Court Complex, Delhi on 29.08.2016 at 10.00 a.m. The next date of hearing i.e. 08.12.2016, earlier given stands recalled. Learned counsel for plaintiff undertakes that he shall inform learned counsel for defendant in this regard in writing.
