% 09.02.2018 By this petition the CBI had sought leave to appeal against judgment dated 30th July, 2015 acquitting the respondent Vijaindra Sahai Bisaria for offence punishable under Sections 420/466/468/471/218 IPC. Despite issuance of notice the respondent could not be served. Learned Spl. P.P. for CBI has handed over copy of the report to this Court as per which the respondent Vijaindra Sahai Bisaria accused in RC - 22(A)/93/CBI/ACB, Delhi has passed away on 14th May, 2016. Copy of the report and the death certificate is taken on record. Leave to appeal petition is thus abated.

Petition and application are dismissed.
