% 23.08.2018 Learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff submits that the parties have settled their dispute before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide Settlement Agreement dated 12.4.2018. She submits that the terms of the Settlement have also been implemented and the plaintiff has already relinquished her claim in the property No.458, Sainik Vihar, Pitampura, Delhi. In return the defendants have relinquished their claim in Khasra No.1469, Village Alipur, G.T.Road, Alipur, Delhi-110036. She further submits that a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- has also been paid to the defendants in full and final settlement of the dues. In view of the settlement and implementation she seeks to withdraw the present suit. Learned counsel for the defendants confirms that settlement has been entered into. He confirms that there is no further dispute between the parties. The suit is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. The plaintiff shall be entitled to refund of court fee as per section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870.

A copy of this order be given dasti under signatures of the Court Master to the parties.
