The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the CrPC seeks the following prayer: "(i) Stay the proceedings being FIR No.0069 dated 27th April 2017 (Kalkaji Police Station) under Section 406/420/468/ 471/477A of the Indian Penal Code arising out of CC No.524/1/15 along with all orders passed in connection therewith by the Learned Metropolitan Magistrate-06, South East Saket Courts, New Delhi, and ii) Pass such further and other order(s) as this Hon‟ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case; " 2.

Learned ASC for the State, on instructions of the Investigating Officer, submits that a closure report has been filed. 3.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law, if the need arises.
