This application has been filed seeking rectification in the order passed by this Court on 09th October, 2024. Inadvertently, instead of mentioning the respondent No.2, petitioner was mentioned. 2.

Accordingly, in the said order, the phrase "petitioner" be considered as replaced by "respondent No.2".

Accordingly, as noted in the order of 09th October, 2024, the FDR of Rs.50,000/- deposited with the Registrar General of this Court be released to respondent No.2.
