% 21.10.2016 Petitioner seeks interim bail for two weeks on the ground that he has to get the fresh rent agreement executed in respect of the property bearing no.A-108, Ground Floor, Mohan Garden, Uttam Nagar, Delhi where his parents and other family members were living. It is noted here that at this very house, brother of petitioner Gaurav Arora, co-accused was also living and he has been admitted on bail. He can get the lease renewed. Present application is dismissed.
