The petitioner has filed the present petition impugning an order dated 30.05.2018 passed by the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT). Concededly, the said order is appealable under Section 62 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

In view of the above, this Court finds no reason to interfere with the impugned order in these proceedings.
