1. The present application under Order IX Rule 4 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 has been filed on behalf of the applicants/appellants seeking restoration of the captioned appeal to its original number, which was dismissed for non-prosecution vide order dated 06.12.2024.

2. Mr.Sanjiv Bahl, learned counsel for the appellants submits that the captioned appeal was admitted and the substantial questions have already been framed. It is submitted that the appellants could not appear on several dates i.e., 23.10.2024, 12.11.2024, 21.11.2024, 28.11.2024 and 06.12.2024 due to bona fide reasons.
