Financial stringencies is the reason put forth to seek waiver of the costs, as petitioner claims to be belonging to economically weaker section of the society. Alongwith this application, copy of income certificate of applicant is annexed. Upon hearing, the application is allowed and the costs imposed vide order of 14th September, 2018 stands waived.
