O.M.P. (E) (COMM.) 14/2017 This petition is filed under Section 27 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 to summon the witnesses on 29.06.2017. It is pointed out that subsequently a date of 15.07.2017 has been fixed before the learned Arbitrator.

The learned Arbitrator vide order dated 01.02.2017 had permitted the petitioners to summon two witnesses, namely, Branch Manager, Andhra Bank, Sector 10, Dwarka, Delhi and the concerned official from the office of Deputy Commissioner, West Zone, South Delhi Municipal Corporation. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that he has no objection

to the present petition.

Accordingly, the present petition is allowed. The said witnesses be summoned for 15.07.2017 at 2.00 P.M. before the learned Arbitrator. Dasti summons be issued to the witnesses. Dasti.
