Issue notice to respondent no.1.
Learned standing counsel for respondent no.1 accepts notice.

The petitioners have challenged the notice dated 12th May, 2017 threatening the petitioners to seal the subject premises. 3.
Let the copy of this writ petition be treated as the petitioners' reply to the notice dated 12th May, 2017.
Respondent no.1 shall afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and pass a reasoned order which shall be communicated to the petitioners. If the petitioners are not satisfied with the decision of respondent no.1, the petitioners would be at liberty to avail appropriate legal remedies in accordance with law. In the event of
respondent no.1 passing an order against the petitioners, no coercive action be taken for a period of ten days from the date of communication of the order to the petitioners to enable the petitioners to avail appropriate legal remedies available to them in accordance with law. 4.
The writ petition and the application are disposed of in the above terms.
