W.P.(C) 8749/2016 & C.M. No.35870/2016 Petitioner has placed on record a receipt dated 05.11.1998 which shows that the petitioner was squatting at the site only for period of festival time i.e. festival tehbazari for Diwali Festival. There is no other receipt on record. Another document which has been placed on record is the challan dated 17.08.2016 i.e. one month before the date of filing of the present writ petition. Learned counsel for the respondent rightly pointed out that this

document was obtained only for the purpose of fighting this writ petition. Even the earlier document which has been placed on record by the petitioner clearly shows that he was squatting only for a limited period i.e. festival period. Petitioner is not entitled to any protection from this Court.
