This petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India impugns the order [dated 28th August, 2018 in H.M.A. No.1118/2017 of the Link Judge to Principal Judge, Family Court (North-West)] posting the application of the petitioner wife which came up for the first time before the Family Court on that date, on 4th September, 2018 i.e. the date when the main petition was listed. 4.

The counsel for the petitioner wife seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to press the application before the Family Court on 4th September, 2018 and if remains aggrieved from the order of the Family Court, to seek appropriate remedy thereagainst.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. 6.

On request, liberty is also granted to move the Family Court before 4th September, 2018.
