CORAM:
HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE MUKTA GUPTA

% 29.11.2016 1.
By this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.686/2015 under Sections 420/467/468/471/34 IPC registered at PS Baba Haridas Nagar.
2.
The allegations in the complaint lodged by Jai Bhagwan are primarily against Abdul Hafij @ Baba Sulemani who represented himself to be Madan Mohan Sharma. The only role assigned to the petitioner Satbir Singh is that he was residing in a rented house with co-accused Rahis Ahmad and introduced the complainant to Madan Mohan Sharma. Rahis Ahmad with similar role has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court on 13th July, 2016. Thus the petitioner is also entitled to the same on parity. 3.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. It is therefore directed that in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing a personal
bond in the sum of ₹25000/- with one surety of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of Arresting Officer/SHO concerned, further subject to the condition that he will join the investigation as and when directed and will not leave the country without prior permission of the Court concerned and further subject to the condition that in case of change of address, the petitioner will intimate the same both to the investigating officer as well as the Court concerned.
4.
Petition is disposed of.
5.
Order dasti.
