% 19.09.2018 The petitioner seeks fair and impartial investigation of the FIR registered against him, being no. 406/2018 at police station Vasant Kunj, apropos rash and negligent driving. It is the petitioner's case that indeed he is the victim of the rash and negligent driving of some unknown white colour SUV motor vehicle.

The learned counsel for the respondents states that looking at the nature of the accident, the case has been transferred from the ordinary process to the MACT Cell of Delhi Police, which is a specialized wing dealing with such accident cases.

The petition shall be treated as the petitioner's representation to the respondent. It is expected that due consideration to the same shall be given. No further orders are called for. Nothing stated herein shall be deemed to be an expression on the merits of the case. The petition is disposed off in the above terms.
