% 26.09.2016 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 23rd August, 2016 passed in W.P.(C) 7453/2016 whereby a direction was issued to the respondents to consider petitioner's representations regarding unauthorised and illegal construction in property bearing 24, Masigarh, Okhla, New Delhi and to take action in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that construction at the said premises are still ongoing.

Ms. Reema Khorana, learned counsel for respondent nos. 1 to 3 who appears on advance notice states that the construction in question has been

booked on 5th September, 2016 and demolition action has been fixed for 5th October, 2016. She undertakes to this Court that the demolition action shall be taken on the date fixed.

Ms. Iran Majid, Advocate appearing for respondent no. 4 states that requisite police assistance and protection shall be accorded. In view of aforesaid statements which are accepted by this Court, present contempt petition is disposed of.
