According to petitioner's counsel, there is no response to the Representations. In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition and application with permission to petitioner to make a fresh concise Representation to second respondent- South DMC within two weeks. Upon receipt of such Representation, second respondent shall decide it within six weeks by passing a speaking order and its fate be made known to petitioner within a week thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies, as available in law, if need be.
