O R D E R

% 25.10.2018 By this petition the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to file SLP and maintain social ties and also challenges the communication dated 13th June, 2018 whereby the application of the petitioner seeking parole on the grounds as aforesaid was declined. As per the Status Report filed, the family of the petitioner comprising of his mother, two sisters and two brothers are residing at H.No.57, Gali No.11, Ambedkar Nagar, Haiderpur, Delhi. As per the Nominal Roll the petitioner has undergone imprisonment for a period of more than four years including remissions and was granted interim bail during the trial which concession he did not misuse. Thus, this court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner.

It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court.

Petition is disposed of.

A copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
