BAIL APPLN. 1982/2016 Issue notice. Notice is accepted on behalf of the State. The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr PC in case FIR No.646/2016 under Section 308/324/379/356/34 IPC. The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that even on a perusal of the FIR, it would be seen that no specific role has been attributed to the petitioner. He is roped in merely because he was also present at the place of incident and, in fact, it is the petitioner who had received injuries.

I have perused the FIR and considered the allegations made in the FIR.

In view of the aforesaid, the application is allowed. In case of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing personal bond with one surety in the sum of Rs.10,000/- to the satisfaction of the arresting officer.

The application stands disposed of. Dasti.
